How Chris Differs From Other Chelmsford Estate Agents?

When choosing me to be your personal Chelmsford estate agent, you will receive my full attention to suit all your needs. Where your typical high street estate agency will only care about transactions and leads, I don’t get paid until your property has been sold, and because I only ever work with a few clients at any one time, I will keep you updated on a regular basis and be your one point of contact throughout the process, be it from marketing your property, overlooking the viewings or finding the right tenant for your property.

My aim is to be available to you throughout the whole process, right up to handing you the keys on that happy day.

I got into estate agency through my love for people, property and being busy, and I have loved every minute of it. Being an independent estate agent allows me to work how I want and keep to the traditional values of customer service.

My extensive knowledge of the local area and the latest properties coming onto the market and current market trends allow me to offer my customers expert property advice whenever they need it.

So why not let me help you on your journey of selling or finding that new home and keeping it as stress-free as possible?

About Chelmsford.

Chelmsford is a vibrant up and coming city that is continuing to grow, with a railway line straight into London within 30 minutes, making that commute to work a little bit easier. But if you’re not much of a commuter, then Chelmsford has the hustle and bustle of a city, whilst also having the quietness of the countryside on the outskirts of the main town so that you can enjoy the nearby nature, wildlife and peaceful walks. Why choose when you can have it all!

Chelmsford also has two Park & Ride facilities, both based on the outskirts of Chelmsford City, to help ease the congestion of this forever-growing city.

Why Chris Partners With eXp?

For those of you that don’t know. eXp is an American estate agency model that landing in the UK in 2018 and now boasts an impressive network of professional property experts throughout the UK.

I partnered with them because it works. They allow me to run me own estate agency business but without all the expensive overheads, meaning I can be competitive with market rates whilst delivering excellent customer service and results to my clients. I don’t need to be selling 20+ properties to survive and am more than comfortable selling just 2-3 a month. So, as a result, I can give my customers and their properties my complete attention and focus on giving the service that I want to provide to the community of Chelmsford.

To be honest, I would never want to go back to the normal estate agents standard of working and although I now work on my own for my business, I am surrounded by a specialist team of property and marketing experts who are here to help me and my property portfolio
